a crab salad sandwich and fruit!
This was taken the same day, after changing out the rug for a dry one and putting on a little vintage blue bubble outfit with embroidered trains. The drool on the collar adds a nice tough, eh?
I made his "Wanted" poster birthday party invitations~We had a cowboy party with all the fixin's! We served beef brisket and my mom made a cowboy hat cake.
Then before we knew it he turned TWO! That year Bear in the Big Blue House was his fave. We borrowed a Bear suit and my brother wore it, what a hoot! My mom made an awesome cake once again, will share pics of her cakes soon!
These are the only "professional" pics we've had taken so far. I took him to Walmart and had to argue with the gal to use this first backdrop. I had several changes of clothes and all the backdrops picked out. The photographer did a great job. After the pics came in she wanted to use them in a contest, ha! We have these in sepia as well.
Now all of a sudden he is three. Unbelievable! Where does the time go? We recently celebrated with Toy Story. I always make little shirts to go with the theme. These had the whole Toy Story gang on them, with "You've Got A Friend In Me" written on the bottom, along with my son and nephew's names written on "Etch" -a-sketch. The red hat fits him better now!
He got Woody and Buzz Lightyear for his birthday. I thought Buzz would win out... but Woody is the fave! He was really tuckered out from his big day~
