Ralphie May in St. Louis!

We went to see Ralphie May last weekend with my sister and brother-in-law to be. And guess what?! We got our pic with him, and autographs...woohoo! It wasn't till I loaded the pics that I could see he had food stains down the front of his shirt and I thought that was hilarious~
I think he's funny, but he started in with the political stuff and lost us a bit. He heckled a guy in the audience wearing a cowboy hat, that was pretty funny. Judging from the hat he asked him what kind of truck he drove; the guy said a Dodge Ram...hehe...
Here is my sister and I with Ralphie. Bad hair day for me, trying to disguise my roots; I don't wanna do them till Halloween.

I love to hear him describe food in great detail, then say "get in my mouth!"

Yes, guess you had to be there...lol...

Here are some of my favorite Ralphie links,

Mullets

White Chocolate

Fudge

This last one is the worst for language and such if anyone has tender ears!

Flip Flops

Here are some pics of St. Louis from the night~

Awesome bridge. They don't build em like this anymore...

Ah, the Arch. My grandpa (Nova) helped buid it! He did cement work.
This is the Admiral (where we watched the show), which is now a (cough!) casino.

Ooh, I went to a comedy club Friday night and laughed my ass off! You think that's a bad hair day? Are you kidding me? Your sister is just as beautiful as you!

My oldest daughter performed in a dance recital aboard the Admiral when it was still cruisin' the Mississippi. That was in 1969. She was 5.

Nikki, two or three weeks ago..can't remember just when, I was sitting in the car, waiting for J, who was picking up shelving at the Wentzville Lowes. I always love people watching. A guy came out of the store, I thought looked very familiar. Then it dawned on me. He resembled your husband and I wondered if that might have been him. If so, what a co-inkydink!

Well, I don't know who Ralphie May is, but I'm assuming he's a comedian?
You and your sister look so much alike! And your hair looks wonderful. I like the pulled back flip you've got going on.
So, spill! What's the costume for Halloween? ;)

Hey Nikki! LOL! I just listened to the links here, and Ralphie May is so funny. I'd never heard him before. Robert has got to hear this flip flop one...he'll get a kick out of it. With us living in Florida... flip flops are the norm for summer around here, and Robert loves his. LOL! He wears those black combat type boots to work, and he hates the things, and so his flip flops are like his best friend, lol! I'll show him that link, he'll probably laugh or either want to stop wearing them. LOL! I bet y'all had a lot of fun. The picture of you and sister is so pretty. You both have such pretty hair, and girl, that ain't a bad hair day! Y'all look so much alike. I love the landmarks here too. How neat that your grandpa helped build it. Hope you have a great day!
xoxo,
Queenie
