Tales of a shoe hoarder... Episode Four

Grrr baby! These are modern 40's inspired peep toes from Burlington Coat Factory. I think Charlotte Russe carried them as well, but it was a few years ago!
Leopard pumps, modern 40's inspired
Modern leapard pumps
I wore this vintage 60's tomato red knit out fit with them, with full accessories including a leapard brooch and headband.
60's wool knit skirt and top, buttons up the back. A bit big on me~
60's wool top, cheetah brooch, vintage disk earrings, mod cheetah headband
The look would not be complete without my Grandma's vintage leopard coat and barrett!
I tried to get my hair to do a Jackie O flip, but it didn't cooperate.
My Grandmother's coat and barrett, too big but I really don't want to alter it
My Grandmother's coat and barrett, too big but I really don't want to alter it
My Grandmother's coat and barrett, too big~ I'm cinching it behind my back

You are so cute Nikki! Love the photos!

Lori and Greg are talking about opening the cafe tomorrow. Greg said he has to talk to the chef about it, that was last Thursday. Chef is just out of culinary school, very young, but seems to be doing well. He also works at Innsbrook. The cafe will be open from 11 to 2, most days. I think there is one day, they won't be open. It will be closed Sat and Sun, I believe. The shop is open to 4. It's a fun place to visit. I've bought a couple things from there, naturally. We are so hoping this venture takes hold. All About Home opened last August. Troy absolutely needs this!! There is another home/gift type store on Main Street, plus Hechler's Hardware is always a treat to visit. Their fireplace store is another great place. Add the furniture store to the mix and a few other shops and Troy Main Street is developing some great little diversions.

The shoes are to die for!!! Kudos to you for being able to wear that heel. Love the coat, too and the skirt & top, and the beret!

Were we separated at birth or something???

We have the same taste, both hairdressers, both redheads! Tres' fab!

I soo want to put a leopard print carpet runner on my staircase, I think it would be awesome with my retro decor.
